1. FULL SERVICE COORDINATION At this level we do all the
research for your event. We basically do all the shopping for you - with you making the final decisions. These services
include but are not limited to: * Full coordination and event management on the day of the event * Assistance with location *
Budget management and organization * Theme development * Assistance with invitation selection, wording, and addressing *
Place card and table seating assistance * Supervision of event set up * Provide reputable vendors suited to your needs
and budget * Review all vendor contracts before you sign them * Confirm all details with vendors * Ensure all vendors
fulfill their contractual obligations

2. PARTIAL SERVICE COORDINATION At this level we assist
with planning: * Recommend various vendors (caterers, rentals, photographer, videographer) * Maintain the budget *
Order invitations * Develop timeline of the day's events * Confirm and oversee all the selected vendors
3. WEEKEND
GUEST COORDINATION At this level of service we make sure your out-of-town guests are comfortable and are able to enjoy
their Florida experience: * Reserve hotel rooms for your out-of-town guests * Provide instructions and transportation
for your guests throughout their stay * Provide welcome baskets in guests' rooms prior to their arrival * Coordinate
Rehersal and/or Sunday Brunch * Arrange hair and nail appointments * Arrange golf, tennis, and/or fishing appointments
